The weekly map session forced me to mark swings I had been skipping. I still take losses, but fewer of them are against the higher-timeframe direction.

Private review helped me see that my stop on MSN was inside daily noise, not outside structure. Simple fix once someone pointed at the chart with a pencil.

Chart lab is unstructured in a good way. Some evenings are quiet, others turn into long debates about gap fills — both useful.

Case note: aligning VHM before a pullback entry

Participant: Minh T. · Program: Multi-timeframe intensive · Date: March 2025

Minh arrived entering on 15-minute breakouts without checking the weekly chart. During session two we marked VHM's weekly uptrend and a daily support band near 58,000 VND. His homework was to wait for a daily close above the prior week midpoint before sizing a long.

He reported back four weeks later: he passed on two intraday signals that looked valid on the 15-minute chart but sat below the weekly midpoint. The third setup aligned across all three timeframes; he took half his usual size and placed the stop below the daily swing low rather than the intraday wick.

Minh noted the method slowed his trade count — which he considered a trade-off worth keeping. He returned for chart lab sessions to practice the same checklist on mid-cap names.

Case note: journal gaps after the intraday workshop

Participant: Lan P. · Program: Intraday timing · Date: January 2025

Lan traded after office hours and often skipped journal entries on losing days. The intraday workshop required her to submit three homework setups with screenshots and handwritten notes on why she entered or stood aside.

She found the volume section most difficult — her broker chart did not match the instructor's data source on one homework night, which caused confusion until they compared tick sizes. Lan wished the session had covered commodity-linked names in more depth, but she kept using the opening-range checklist on her FPT and HPG trades.
